This game of 21 was not in the cards for Van Doren, whose lying was a disservice to all in education.

i went in the story's of the new york times , searched for the document found two but i really am still unsure of what i looking for ?!

you found the correct article! You were looking for the front page story about the college professor, Charles Van Doren, who lied about being given answers before a quiz show. As the story states, he lost his job at Columbia because of his unethical conduct.
